China's natural rubber imports for October declined 38% from a year earlier to 100,000 metric tons, according to preliminary data provided Wednesday by the General Administration of Customs.
October imports were also down 38% from 160,000 tons in September.
Total imports in the January-October period fell 2.8% from the first 10 months of last year to 1.41 million tons, the customs department said.
