Spot rubber rules steady

KOTTAYAM, MAY 21:

Spot rubber finished almost unchanged on Saturday. The weekend session lost its direction since the market lacked traders to lead the trend. Sheet rubber remained flat at Rs 222 a kg, according to traders. In futures, the June series closed at Rs 224.40 (223.63), July at Rs 228.25 (227.71), August at Rs 226.45 (226.08), September at Rs 223 (222) and October at Rs 219 (219.50) a kg for RSS 4 on the National Multi Commodity .

Spot rates were (Rs/kg): RSS-4: 222 (222); RSS-5: 220 (220); ungraded: 218 (218); ISNR 20: 212 (213) and latex 60 per cent 133 (133).
