Japan's crude rubber inventories rose 1.3 percent as of Feb. 28, up 105 tonnes from Feb. 20,
Rubber Trade Association of Japan data showed on Thursday (Mar. 10). Crude rubber stocks totalled 8,133 tonnes as of Feb. 28, down 1 percent from a year earlier.
On Feb. 10 the stocks rose to their highest level since July 10, 2009 when inventories stood at 8,929 tonnes. They marked a record low of 2,628 tonnes on July 20, 2010.
