[13 Nov] Marubeni Sells 140 Tons Rubber To Southland Rubber Company

Global trading company Marubeni International has sold 140 metric tons of RSS3 grade rubber to Southland Rubber Co. for November delivery, a senior trading executive said Thursday.
He said the sale was made as a physical delivery on the Singapore Commodity Exchange at a 1.5 US cents/kg discount to the settlement price of the November contract.
The Sicom November RSS3 contract expired at 244 cents/kg.
"It was a good purchase considering that the December contract is now hovering around 252 cents/kg," said the executive.
